The Consultant agrees to secure and protect all information pertaining to The Client, unless otherwise specifically stated and agreed upon by The Client in an optional "Media Release Consent Form," provided by The Consultant.

The Client will have the opportunity to sign an optional "Media Release Consent Form," provided by The Consultant, to release materials to be used for marketing purposes.
"Materials" include, but are not limited to:
Optional Video Recorded Coaching Sessions
Optional Audio Recorded Sessions
Daily Personal Vlogs (Video Logs)
Journal Pages & Progress Notes
Testimonials
Additional Pictures & Videos

The Client will have the option to stipulate which materials to be released to The Consultant in the provided "Media Release Consent Form."
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All compensation is a commitment made by The Client to complete their selected program, provided by The Consultant (Constantine Dhonau).
This Commitment made between The Client and The Consultant includes that Down-Payments are non-refundable. However, should The Client decide to cancel their program before completion, they may receive a refund of up to 50% of remaining compensatory funds for unused services and/or sessions. The Consultant shall retain not less than 50% of un-refunded compensation for preparation work for the remainder of The Client's program. The Consultant may make considerations for alteration of this agreement in the event of extenuating circumstances on behalf of either The Client or The Consultant.
